Company Management

Robert Baranowski – Involved in the gaming industry for over six years, with a prior background in IT, particularly in providing services to large maritime companies (including Deltamarin Poland sp. z o.o. and DAMEN Poland S.A.). He took his first significant steps in the games sector at Gambit Games sp. z o.o., where he worked as a Level Designer on titles such as the licensed project Stargate: Timekeepers and the World War II aircraft carrier simulator Aircraft Carrier Survival. He was a member of the winning team behind the game Boti during the 2021 Epic Mega Jam, responsible for level design and gameplay scripting. Since the founding of Purple Ray Studio, he has served as President of the Management Board and continues to support the team in a development capacity as a level designer and producer.

Kornelia Błażyńska – A seasoned artist and Art Director with over eight years of experience in the video game industry. She is a graduate of the Academy of Fine Arts in Warsaw, where she specialised in Graphic Design. Kornelia focuses on stylised 3D art, with particular expertise in environmental design, lighting, and shading. She contributed to the production of Kao the Kangaroo (2022), a reboot of the iconic platformer, where she held the position of 3D Art Lead. In this role, she was responsible for managing the art team, overseeing the visual style, and modelling environments. Currently, she serves as Art and Creative Director at Purple Ray Studio, of which she is also a co-founder. She leads the art team and ensures the creative vision across projects. Her strong managerial experience allows her to successfully combine creativity with technical execution.

Supervisory Board

Dawid Pałka – Member of the Supervisory Board. Term of office ends on 29 November 2026 (appointed on 30 November 2021). A graduate of the Jagiellonian University. He has been involved in financial markets since 2012. Since 2019, he has served as Chief Financial Officer at Gravier Venture Capital S.A., and later at Gravier Investment ASI S.A., where he has been responsible for investment activities in technology companies. He possesses extensive experience in the gaming sector and currently sits on the Supervisory Boards of several game development companies:

A graduate of the University of Economics with a degree in International Business. Active in financial markets since 2011. Since 2019, he has served as President of the Management Board at Gravier Venture Capital S.A., and subsequently at Gravier Investment ASI S.A., where he focuses on investment activity in technology companies. He has extensive experience in the gaming industry and currently holds Supervisory Board positions in several game development companies:

A graduate of Szkoła Główna Handlowa in the fields of Economics and Management. He has been active in the financial sector for approximately ten years. Since 2018, he has held management and supervisory roles in various commercial law companies. He has been involved in the gaming industry since 2019, both as a member of the supervisory boards of several companies in the sector and through executive functions.

A graduate of Uniwersytet Komisji Edukacji Narodowej in Kraków. Active in the financial markets since 2014. Since 2019, he has served as a Member of the Supervisory Board at Gravier Venture Capital S.A., and later at Gravier Investment ASI S.A. He is also a Supervisory Board Member at Red Square Games S.A. Since 8 February 2023, he has held the position of President of the Management Board at Sylen Studio S.A.

Marcin Buchnajzer– Member of the Supervisory Board. Term of office runs until 2030.
A graduate of the University of Economics in Wrocław, with a specialisation in Business Informatics. He has been active in the gamedev industry since 2016, working as a sound designer and composer. Co-founder of the music duo Daylight Sound Creators. Since 2022, he has been one of the co-founders and partners of Purple Ray Studio, and is also a shareholder in Purple Ray Studio S.A.
